We want you to love your exclusive Mattel Creations fashion and collectibles; if you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
